By accessing or using the YunXu AI API, workspace platform, or multimodal generative tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Our APIs are built to empower creators and enterprises. You may not use our services to generate malicious code, engage in automated botnet activities, or process illegal media content. Our backend routing leverages strict content safety filters to ensure compliance.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
During the Developer Beta phase, we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime. However, services are provided "as-is". Instant provisioning and automated delivery pipelines are subject to internal capacity limits during the cold-start rollout.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms, including excessive rate-limit abuse or unauthorized credential sharing.
